Creating a delicious coffee treat doesn’t get any easier than following the recipe for this refreshing iced coffee. Preparation
Brew the espresso coffee and chill it in the fridge until cold
Decorate the serving glasses by drizzling some chocolate topping around the inside of the glasses and chill them in the fridge
Method
Blend the chilled coffee, ice cubes, milk and ice-cream in your blender until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the iced coffee into the chilled glasses
Serve and enjoy!
Optional Decoration
Place a scoop of ice-cream in the glass on top of the iced coffee
Coat the top of the drink and ice cream with a generous serve of whipped cream applying it in a circular motion and building it higher until you form a cone of whipped cream on top of your iced coffee
Sprinkle shards of shaved dark chocolate to the top of the whipped cream.
Serve with a very long handled spoon
